The Chippendale Society: Data Protection Statement and Policy

On 25th May 2018 the Data Protection Act was replaced by a broader and in some respects more stringent set of rules, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The statement and declaration below are designed to ensure that the Society complies with the GDPR.

The data that we keep about you are your names and addresses, your telephone number(s) and your email address (if you agree to our use of it for communications). We also keep a record of subscription payments and any Gift Aid declaration made. We use these data to keep in touch with you, to send you the Society’s Newsletter, to provide you with information about the Society’s events and activities and to send you any other information we think may be of interest to you as a member of the Society.

If you join the Society through this website you must agree to the uses of your data mentioned above and make the Declaration below.
